Each individual may operate only one account. Running multiple accounts — even by different members of the same household, or from the same device or network — is strictly prohibited. Sona Gamer monitors this closely.

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact Sona Gamer support immediately.

• The member is solely responsible for all activity on their account.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be restricted until KYC verification is complete.
• Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months) may be moved to a dormant status.

By placing a bet on Sona Gamer, you acknowledge that betting outcomes are uncertain and that there is a risk of losing money. All betting decisions are the member's own, and Sona Gamer does not provide advice on any bet.

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed. Sona Gamer reserves the right to adjust odds before a match begins, but any changes will not apply to bets that have already been accepted.

If a match is abandoned or postponed, stakes will be refunded or voided in accordance with Sona Gamer's policy. Each sport has its own specific rules, which are detailed in the relevant section.

• If a bet is voided due to a network issue during Live Betting, a full refund will be issued.
• Sona Gamer reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds.
• If an event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, it will be counted as odds of 1.00.
• Bets placed on match-fixing or suspicious events may be voided pending investigation.

Sona Gamer supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions must be made from a mobile banking account registered in the member's own name.

KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request — withdrawals will not be processed without it. KYC verification typically requires a copy of your National ID Card or passport.

Withdrawals will be processed only through the same method used for the original deposit. Where multiple deposit methods have been used, each method must be withdrawn from in its corresponding amount.

• The daily withdrawal limit for standard members is up to ৳50,000.
• Higher limits apply for high roller members.

Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will generally be returned; however, in cases of fraud, the balance may be forfeited. Members may appeal any closure or suspension by contacting the support team.
